heres the crack, i just bought these trust 5.1 headphones, but, my 5.1 surround system amp has only FL,RL,FR,RR adn woofer connections, it has no centre speaker connection as the amp acts as the centre speaker, its built in. So they are uselesss with out the centre speaker output. My dvd player has coax out and that is how i connect it to my amp. is there anyway i can get coax to the RCA? like a converter or would i have to buy a new amp? what would be the cheapest option? cheers

5.1 headphones??? That's kind of a misnomer isnt it?

Not really. Typical 5.1 headphones have multiple speakers in the ear cups to reproduce all of the 6 speakers in a 5.1 system. Check this out:
