I am in the process of putting together a custom speaker wire harness for my new bose lifestyle system using monster speaker wire. My house is already wired with the monster cable down to a plate in the wall next to where the bass unit will sit. I would like to make the wire harness with the 5 RCA cables that plug into the bass unit. I have ordered the system and it will take a few weeks to come in so I don't have the original harness to go by.

What I would like to know is on the RCA plug what is the wire config? Center post (+ or -), and outer case (+ or -).

I know I could just flip the wires on the opposite end to match + or - but I'd like to keep it consistant.
