Greetings everyone...i'm new here...just to let you know I have a Sony HT-DDW670 HTIB that came with a 70w powered sub connected thru speaker wire, my receiver has only Speaker-level inputs for the sub.....Now i'm looking to add on a 2nd subwoofer- Sony 8" 100w Subwoofer (SA-WM250) which has both Line-level inputs & Speaker-level inputs. How do i connect the 2nd sub to my system. I just want to know if i can hookup the 2nd sub before spending $89.99. someone told me i can daisy chain it to the rcvr...HOW??? i'm stumped. do i conn the speaker wire from the first sub to the 2nd sub then conn that to the rcvr?? PLZ HELP? Any help will be greatly appreciated! I'm sure it would take you geniuses a minute to answer. |

Hallo there Eddie, Connect the first sub up to its rca phone input; now if there is an rca phone output on it then, take another rca phone lead plug it into the rca phone output and plug it into the next sub bass unit. Done, one question are you using two matching sub bass units, if so set the there volume level at the same level, as for the crossover setting that’s another story. Let me know how you get along.
