I connected my outside speakers to the zone2/presence speaker connection on back of the receiver. I am not getting any sound from them. What do I need to change on the receiver to get sound? Everything in the house works fine.

Tim,
I'm guessing here, but I think you can only use either the 2 presence channels, or the 2 surround back channels at a time. I don't believe the 2400 can run all 4.
