I am using Yamaha RX-V1400 along with Mythos 2 for front, Mythos 3 for Centre and SuperCube I as subwoofer in 6.1 conf. I want to know whether I should connect Front output to subwoofer and from subwoofer to Mythos 2 or connect Mythos 2 directly to AV and connect subwoofer to LFE ?

I would advise you to connect you sub to the LFE and your main channel speakers directly to the front outputs.

However this will leave you without bass in music unless your processor has some of them music modes or can turn the LFE out to a regular sub-out.

Try it both ways but it's usually best not to run your mains through your subs x-over unless they are a SYSTEM. (ie bose or the like)

Have fun.
