I am using the sub cable that came in the box now...do I need to upgrade? Here is the current system I just recently bought a new home theater sound system. I wanted to go conservative, but still get good quality and sound. I purchased all Harman/Kardon. 1. HK-AVR135 2. HK-DVD22 3. HK-HKTS8 In addition to these I have an xbox with Component and Optical Hookups, an RCA Scenium DVR and a Gamecube with Basic RCA Hook-ups. I am running everything through the Receiver to the TV through all 3 connections on the TV. I am looking to upgrade the wires. What are your suggestions?

personally, i think that unless you really listen deeply to music, then you dont really need an upgrade although lower-quality sub cable doesnt exactly give that same "oomph". my suggestions for something on a pricier level would be audioquest sub cables or kimber kable, both are very nice, but may not be of use depending on your listening prefs. for a little less costly, try the monster m-series or if thats to much then try any of the monster cables. |
