Trying to save a little money, I bought a Pioneer HTZ-SW7 subwoofer on ebay. I got the sub in today, and it looks like it only works with a certain system. Here's what it has on it:
outputs for the surround speakers, and 1) one RCA female and a 10-pin female receptacle labeled "use only with HTZ-C7" and also 2) a 10-pin receptacle with "Use only with DU-HT7".

My question is does anyone know if I can use this with any other systems? I have an older Pioneer receiver I was hoping to hook this up to, but now I dont know how. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
