I need some advice on how to/ where to install my 2 rear surround sound speakers.

I have only one side wall and no rear wall in the area where my home theatre will be. So I will need to install the speakers on the ceiling.

The speakers are installed the left and right of the listerner, but hould I direct the speakers towards the floor or the ceiling?

The speakers should bounce off a surface before reaching the ear of the listener (as per manufacturers instructions).

I need some advise on my surround sound installation my speakers are round and I had my home pre-wired; however the true delima i am having is the size of the box in the ceiling that holds the pre wires is small...the backs of my speakers are much larger the diameter of the speaker is 10 inches ...how would i install them flush to the ceiling the "electrical box" is in the way...Is there a way the box can be taken out without going into the attic????
