Is it best to hook the video of say a DVD Player or DirecTV receiver directly to the TV or go through the A/V receiver. I am having trouble with video correlating with sound. I have looked at all the schematic drawings on this forum and none apply to my situation. While watching DirecTV it appears like the sound is slightly off from the pictures movements (people speaking) Thanks

i have a 400 watt amp and i am wondering how do i hook it up to my tv? or can i hook it up to my tv? what is a power protaction? PLEASE HELP ME!
