I currently have the JVC RX-DV31SL receiver which Orb also sells with its speakers and to be honest am very happy with the sound. I'm always looking to improve myself though. Are there any 5.1 receivers that you'd recommend under $1000 list price that would produce better sound quality when playing CD's listening to Orb Mod 1 speakers & super eight sub? I also live in an apartment building & play my system in my normal sized living room & am quite happy with the volume.
