I'm wondering if they will work on my speakers. It's hard to explain but the way you plug wire into my speakers is by pushing down on a part which has a spring to push it back up and hold wire in place. There is a black and red one on each speaker. So, will banana connectors be able to fit in the hole which is slightly less than 1/2 centimeter. I'm looking at these:

Please help and ask if you dont understand. Thanks!

I am assuming you are talking about speakers with "spring clips" like these: http://akamaipix.crutchfield.com/graphics/infolib/homelib/lSpeakerSpringClip.jpg
If so then I do not believe banana plugs will work. Either use the bare wire or can use a pin connector like this: http://akamaipix.crutchfield.com/graphics/infolib/homelib/lSpeakerPinConnector.j pg
