I am moving into a new home that we had pre-wired for home theater. On the designated locations, there are wall plates that cover up the wire. My question is do I have to purchase speaker mounts now, or how do I install the speakers to the wall? Any help is greatly appreciated!

You can get wall plates that have speaker wire jacks or clips on them. Then you options are open to whether you want to use speaker mounts, floor stands, or just put them on the floor.

We have an unfinished bonus room that we're looking to complete next month. However, we are going to turn it into a home movie theater with some arcade games in it. We want to pre-wire the home before they start to finish the floors, wall with sheetrock and carpet.

We don't know where or how to begin with the wiring. Is there anybody here that can help me with this or may point us in the right direction.

Any help would be greatly appreciated....thks!
