I would appreciate a little help. I am setting up my DVD player with HDMI, T.V. with HDMI and my surround sound receiver (digital but not HDMI). For my home theater, can I simply run the DVD HDMI (out) to the T.V. HDMI (in) and then the T.V. digital audio (optical)(out) to the digital receiver (in)? The video would have the benefit of HDMI but audio would have to settle for the optical connection, which is fine. I was just hoping to confirm that I don't need a video connection into my receiver, just audio. Anybody???
