I don't need 3+ feet of digital coax cable, DVD-A 5.1 interconnect, or component video cable, etc. One foot would do nicely and cut down on the clutter behind my audio/video stack. Been hunting online and can't find anything shorter than 3 feet. I know I'm not the only one who stacks these things close together... Also the cheapest I can find any 5.1 interconnect is $100! I expected it to cost less than half that... I paid that much for my 5-disc DVD changer. Any good sources for decent quality (and short) cables/connectors that aren't a rip-off? Seems almost every online site is Monster Monster Monster... |

Have you tried making your own? At least you can be sure of the construction, and custom lengths. Try partsexpress.com Use Belden and Canare. |

or just buy danton audio cables from partsexpress. They have all in 3 feet and some in 1.5 feet. Plus they are cheap |
