Hi folks, am a newbie in the HT arena...recently purchased my first large screen tv (61 Samsung DLP) and have Sony DVP player. Now want to get the receiver-subwoofer-speaker systems to make HT experience complete. Can anyone tell me what they think of the Onkyo HT-S770 or new HT-S870? I know its HTIB but I am wondering what are my limitations with going with that? Does your HT system have longer life if you go with individual components? I am not an audiophile, more a videophile, but I want good sound. Want to know if going with something like the Onkyo HTIB will be a waste or worth it for say the next 5 years till its time to upgrade again.
