I just bought the Fluance AV-HTB speakers system. Very impressed after break-in period. I found that it took almost ten hours of some louder volume, ranged music and the speaker really came alive. (Warmed them up to a Dave Matthews DVD) I'm running them off an Onkyo TX-SR-600, and am now wondering about a sub.

I opted for the AV-HTB because if I wanted to upgrade the center or towers in the future I didn't want to have to try and match the natural woodgrain of the SX-HTB's. However, I am blown away at how good these suckers sound for $265!!!

With one 6.5", one 4" and 1" tweeter, they could use the help of a sub to take the strain of the low end off the towers...

Fluance has two selections, I'm wondering if the DB-200 (200W - 12") is worth the $300 or if there is something out there for the same price range? Any thoughts anyone??
