Ok, So I will be starting a new weekend job at Ultimate Electronics soon. The main reason I am working there is to increase my knowledge of electronics (computer hardware geek, but I know nothing about sound) and to get a good discount on a nice system. I have a sony DVD player, and a Sony Wega HD Widescreen tv with composite, s-video,component and the HDVI(digital audio and video) connections. I mainly want a system that will be good for watching movies and playing video games. But I do not need a huge sub to blow the neighbors away(townhouse). I am open to all suggestions on what I need and why. All help is greatly appreciated.
