I found a Paradigm system that looks great. (See link below) This is in my price range, but I want to make sure I'll get what I'm paying for. I've heard great things about Paradigm, but, for the same price, is there a better setup anyone recommends? Also, what receiver would you recommend that would serve a Paradigm system like this one justice? Thanks for you time everybody, Kyle (Khile) Here's a link to the specs page on the Cinema CT 110 package - http://paradigm.com/Website/SiteParadigmProduct/ParadigmModels/SystemChoice/Cine ma110CT.html Here's a link to the other Paradigm recommended systems (If you think I should invest in a better system) - http://paradigm.com/Website/SiteParadigmProduct/ParadigmModels/SystemChoice/syst ems.html |

Kyle: It is impossible to answer a question such as what speaker system would we recommend unless we know the following: 1) The size of your room; 2) The size of your budget; and 3) What electronics will be driving the speakers. Now, I realize you also asked about the receiver, but we still need to know the answers to the other two questions. The Paradigm speakers are just fine for a small room, but put them in a medium to large room and they will sound lost--much like transistor radios playing AM radio. Paradigm is a very fine brand, but it really comes down to the application. So give us some more details and we can help. |
