Hi all, I'm in the middle of planning my home theatre setup, and would like to keep my components (receiver, DVD player, etc) behind solid wood doors instead of using glass. Is there any type of infrared transceiver technology/device available that I could mount on my entertainment center that would to send the signal from my remote control to my components located behind the wood doors? Thanks a lot!

There are all kinds of repeaters out there. Do a GOOGLE on IR REPEATER and you'll get a lot of hits. You'll have a choice of just going through a door, all the way to whole house repeaters so you can control your devices from anywhere in the house. |
