Hi,

Is it possible to use my VCR as a pass-through for my home theatre system?

Unfortunately I cannot hook-up my HTS to the TV directly because my TV has no inputs other than a coax, which is currently connected to the VCR. The TV is a former hotel TV with limited capacity ( I used to be an emplyee there and it was given to me when the hotel went under).

So on other words, the potential hook-up would be HTS to VCR and then VCR to TV. Has anyone else tried this? Is there a substantial difference in sound output? Is this even recommended? Are there any other options?

Thanks!
