However my TV has S conector as the best vidoe oprion. So is there any relevance if I run DVD to AVR with COMPONENT cables. Do I gaing anithing here or S should follow S |

You should not gain anything. Consider running the DVD directly into the TV. The downside of this is having to switch both the receiver and the TV to the DVD input, instead of letting the receiver making all of the switches. -E |

Hi everybody. I have a question that is somehow similar to the one posted by the user Boca. I have a DVD player with COMPONENT, RGB-ready scart and S-Video outputs. But my TV has got RGB scart and S-video scart inputs. What kind of connector should I use to get the best possible image? COMPONENT to RGB scart? or RGB to RGB? Thank you. |
