I had pro-logic and made the jump to DD because my old JVC DVD player crapped out. I now have a Pioneer DV 563A-S DVD player and it did not sound to good with the older system, so I made the leap to DD AV receiver(Onyko HTS760). I have the direct (6) total analog connections and on some advice from Berny in these rooms im picking up a digital optical connection also. Just a question of curiosity, where about does everyone have the individual speaker volumes at? My room size is 15x23 and im listening in the long demensions. I have F,C,L @ 3-4 each and and RR, RL @ 2-3 each. No center rear yet, ran out of speaker wire. Also, how about sub volume. My Sub is right behind my RF and on an angle at the listeners and it sounds pretty good.
