I am considering the polk audio RM6900 for 70% music 30% movies. Are there any reviews on this speaker system? Any thoughts on which receiver (considering Yamaha, Denon and Harmom Kardon) would work best with the RM6900 would be appreciated.

I just bought them and am going to hook them up tonight. I also bought the Yamaha RX-V650 receiver. I'll let you know in a few days how they worked out. I've listened to them at two different stores and they sounded great. All reviews I've read, only a few though, have been good. Since they're new there isn't many reviews out yet.

I have the RM20, which is basically the same system, sounds great on a Onkyo 502, using LFE cable for my sub. |

I bought the same package as Adam less than a month ago, i.e. Polk Audio RM6900 + Yamaha RX-650. I like the system very much. Both the music and home theatre sounds wonderful. I also found that there is not so many reviews about RM 6900 yet. |
