I was wondering if anyone has had a chance to listen to either one of these monitors and if so how they stacked up. I have been mulling over the purchase of home theater components and the only thing I've made a decision on is the receiver- a Marantz 6400. I've looked at aperion and axiom. I recently got reasonable quotes on a Paradigm system 6 ($2450 for speakers and receiver) and a comparable quote ($2400) on a Deftech Studio monitor system (no supercube though, prosub 200...room's not that big) with the receiver. Any input would be appreciated. |
