I may have an old amplifier (old JVC Pro Logic) and all my DVDs sound good except for Ind. Day. When there's a loud explosion, the sound sort of cuts out and slowly comes back. This happens in surround or just stereo mode.

All my other DVDs sound good with explosions and such sounding normal. What is happening?

ps. yes I know it's time to upgrade my amp!
