I wired my home with RG-6u quad-shield coax. I recently got a 'BUZZ' off one of the cables, so I tested them all with a meter. 4 of 7 Video 1 lines have some voltage on them, about 4 if I'm reading it right. (Feels like a 9-volt battery on my tounge, except it's on my fingers.) 3 of the 4 have a TV on them, but the voltage remains even if I unplug the TV. 1 (witht the least voltage) doesn't have ANYTHING on it. Voltage seems to be the same on the shield and the coax. The Video 2 lines that are in the same bundle have no voltage so far, and some of the ones that do come down from the attic and the others up from the basement.

Any ideas on why I have voltages on some of my coax but not all?
