I just installed a pair of Paradigm AMS-250 in-walls and they sound great, but I'm getting a quite a bit of low frequency sound into the room behind the wall where they are installed. I've filled the stud space with insulation but am looking for suggestions on more effective techniques for absorbing the low frequencies. There seem to be a ton of products out there but I can't afford to tear the wall apart so am looking for tips on what I can put behind, above and below the speaker cavity behind the in-walls.

Thanks in advance for any tips!

Good luck finding one. It is hard to stop low frequency sounds from travelling unless its a complete vacuum.
