Even if I knew which sounded better to me (and I don't), you would have to listen for yourself. Also, what are the price points? I KNOW I could have gotten better sound than my 650 if I spent another $1,000 for separates. I couldn't justify paying that much more for my system, yet others can justify paying 10 times more than that for their systems. Does the sound of the 950 justify the increase in price? Only you can answer that for yourself.
