I heard that the 7 range analog display sound level meter is recommended over the 10 dollar more expensive, Digital-Display Sound-Level one. Any advantages to the analog one? Or the digital one?

i just bought the digital one .. i have yet to play with it. Im looking for a site that i have lost the link where they were saying the db difference you should have for all speaker ..

this is also where i first heard of the radio shack SPL meter :-) kinda hard to calibrate my 7.1 without one since my room is not *perfect*
