Can anyone take the lyrics out of "Hits from the bong" by cypress hill so that only the tune plays and the words aren't there?

If someone can I'll send you the song.

Thanks.

Alright, maybe he'll see this thread. I'm using audacity and don't see anything about removing the lyrics.

You can't find an instrumental version to download? Usually when i'm searching for music i get a lot of results that are instrumentals.

Vocal removers work on the premise that the vocals will be a summed stereo mix that end up in the middle of the stereo spread. In other words, they come from both channels equally and seem to be right between your speakers. By switching the phase of one channel by 180 degrees, the vocals, and anything else mixed in the middle of the stereo spread, will be mostly cancelled out. In this particular song, the drums and synth bass are also mixed to the middle so not just the vocals will be removed in the process.

Play around with the vocal remover in this program and see what you can do:

I almost left E after that. I remember thinking "what an ässhole this guy is". At that time I had just gotten off the road with Lila McCann after a grueling 10-month tour and I had been lurking here on my craptop the whole tour. I didn't actually sign up until I got back home a couple weeks before this post was made. Turns out that Paul is one of the nicest and most trustworthy people on E and I think he knows I forgave him after the Secret Santa program.

I tried it out, Brad. It works like a charm. I'm amazed by how it just completely takes out the lyrics.

ok so this post has been up for a while, and i recently found it when i could not find the instrumentals for a song i wanted to take the lyrics out of. its called Summer Song by Atmosphere, im working with the Vocal Remover 1,2 and 3 but their custom set vocal removers are not cutting out the voice all the way, Brad Warren or someone who knows the software he suggested, DJ Twist & Burn, would you mind helping me out and telling me some settings that I could use to fully eliminate it? thankyou

Yea when I first did it, it didn't seem like there were any words until I put on some headphones and heard it better. It gets rid of most of it, but not all.
