I've never been a regular Family Guy viewer, just never caught on for me i guess. But after hearing about Herbert "the per\/ert" so much i've seen a few episodes with him and lots of clips on the net and that character is utterly hilarious. A guy i work with can do a really good impression of him with the little whistle and everything.
