You will find HERE a post were a person asks for help. A user answered the question very rudely so I answered the question more politely and ask the user to excuse the rude person. What followed was a example of a direct violation of your rules as you can see. It is threads such as this one I feel are going to scare off new people to the helpful forum. The rude user you will see in this example has been here for a long time I realize but, his-her attitude has turned into a hateful, rude, seems like more against us here than anything else.
