Is there any way to get the dishnet1 or dishnet2 or any other dish to display a program guide on the Blackbird ST-2000?

Dumb question: Can someone explain what BEV is please? The dishes I know are:
Dishnet1
Dishnet2
expressvu
starchoice

VT u can only get a program guide on Bev....bev is bell expressview....the only other way is buy a dishnet tv giude at store or go to tvguide.com
