I am going to buy Panasonic DMR100 DVD recorder. I have PAL and NTSC VHS personal video tapes. Can I copy them to DVD with Panasonic DMR100? Thank you for your support |

Whatever format the DVD recorder is the output of the VCR would have to match. So if you have an NTSC DVD recorder and the VCR has a PAL output then no. If you have an NTSC DVD recorder and the VCR has NTSC output then yes. |

I have lots of PAL video tapes, which I bought in Europe and would like to have a system which allows me to plys these tapes, but also record these on DVD. Can anybody guide me what I need or whether there is a VCR/DVD combo out there which does this ? Thanks in advance !! |

I bought PIONEER DVR-520HS model dvd recorder. It has PAL and NTSC recording features. I have start to copy my PAL and VCR tapes to DVD. On the other hand, it has PAL TV tuner. Only PAL TV programs could be recorded. PIONEER DVR-720HS model is also has the same feature. |
