I bought a second hand dish network 1000 and when I got it home to my surprise the owner's before put on the locks. Can someone please tell me how to get them off? (I tried the menu,63,info,browse,theme,see message,info,select,tv/video,select,unplug for 10 secs) and it doesnt work
