Please post any info you have here on the release of the new Sammys.

The last rumors I've heard is that the 74 series will be out this fall (with no release date set). I've also heard the xHD3 will be out in November???? CEDIA is next week, hopefully Samsung will announce their plans then. If you're going to Indianapolis, please let me know what you hear!!

There is some recent news from an insider at Samsung. Basically, it looks like they are scaling back the technology for the 74 series (2nd gen light engine, 6 segment color wheel) perhaps to cut costs? xHD3 sometime in first half of 2005. Here's the link;
