I have had my JVC DILA TV for a week now. Today is the first day I have been watching football and I am not real happy with the picture. I currently have standard Directv and am using a DVI-HDMI cable. I've played with the settings quite a bit and taking the settings from other posts, but I just can't find one to solve the problem.

Shot of players close up are good. My complaint is when the camera shows the field with both lines of scrimmage the players look like blobs of color. I have a 15+ year old 27" tube TV next to it that looks 10x better than the JVC. I'm concerned about this and wonder if anyone has suggestions?

I am new to the HDTV world and any input would be appreciated.
