Hello,

I have an Akai 27" flat screen tv (CFT2791) and I have a question regarding the AV outs. Do you have to have the tv turned on for them to work or can they simply "bypass" the tv and be used all the time? I can't move the tv by myself which is why I'd like to know before I simply try it. Thanks in advance!
