I too got blackout for my AVR on dishnetwork receiver. I can't seem to find any satellite site other than this site and dishnewbies that is up. Sattech.ca is down (probably raided).

I do get channels on my 110 satellite, but 119 is all black. Does anybody know how to create a fix for the AVR? Does anybody know any other satellite satellite that provides upto date information. Since sattech.net was down and out, nobody seems to be want to come up with a fix for ECMs.
