I've recently bought a Samsung 22" LCD TV which is HDTV ready with a DVI port on the back. I have no input for the regular component cables (Y, Pb and Pr) since this is the new technology.

Considering how the PS2 and GC HDTV cables are component ones, would it be possible to use a Component to DVI adapter in order to receive HDTV from my consoles onto my TV?

Since it's such new technology, i've not been able to find any Component to DVI adapters other than ATI's, which I presume is PC only.

Are there any scheduled console cables for DVI?

I do live in the UK, so they might not come around for a while (we don't even have HDTV broadcast yet).
