It appears that Bell ExpressVu and Dish Network have issued a change of the 2nd decrypt key, PK0. Some blockers do not allow the parity keys to roll causing loss of audio/video. A change of the 2nd Decrypt Key, Parity Key 0 will resolve blackouts on Dish Network and Bell ExpressVu systems. |
