I have a subscribed DTV card, that I would like to use in a different receiver. Can I purchase a board/wafer or something that will allow me to do this?

yes but if your subscribed just get a card from your subscriber (DTV,BEV or dishnet,etc)

If your not subscribed then you can us a married-sub setup but you may want/have to change the numbers on the IRD's TSOP to work properly depending on what/how your going to test that network.
