HI, I have recently been looking at some HDTV's to replace my 27" tv. I want something a bit bigger, and preferably HD  I want it mainly for DVD's and Xbox, tv really doesnt matter to me all that much. I will be sitting about 10 feet from the screen strait on, but would like to be able to see the picture clearly from angles if im at my desk or to the side of the screen.
So, basically, my question is(finally) What should I get? I really love the Sony LCD grand Wega's, but they are too expensive. I am looking to spend about $1000. I have also HD CRT TV's and they seem to have good pictures, but, I like the larger screen's of Rear projections. WHat should I be looking at? Thanks
