from the same poster as above, if i am only using the satellite signals, and NOT another vhf antenna signal or cable signal, can i just NOT use that input. i want to distribute ONLY the four outputs from the triple lnb to 6 or 8 receivers, as i am receiving my local channels fine already. also, since i don't need a regular antenna signal for my locals, do i still need the diplexers. just want to make sure i understand this correctly, thanks again |

if you have more than four irds you need a powered 8way multiswitch or you not going to get all your channels on all of your tvs.after that the diplexers dont matter the 8way will work like one just add your diplexer to the ird end of the wire. |
