If I get an HD reciever with integrated off air tuner, (the dish network hd receiver 811 does this), do I still need an OTA?!!? Part of my package includes the local channels. I have a feeling the installer is trying to pull one over me. He's telling me I need a DBS cable along with the satellite cables. I hope someone can answer me soon. |

I want to add from my original post that the 811 from dish network has "an integrated off air tuner for reception of local digital/HD and analog broadcasts." |

He is using RG-6 cable going to the dish. You use the same to go outside to the UHF ant. HDTV is I received on UHF band. I dont know why i said rg59 becouse its RG-6 |
