i have an offer to get bvu 3100 + rom10 card for 350 c $
is it a good offer or a bad offer

Its OK if the Boxkeys are with the machine and the Card is open, As to buy them in a store they are $200, but you have to provide a credit card and activate the reciever with Bell for 2 years. Go have a look on EBAY, single machines with cards and all for About $200, 2 machines with cards, 1 dish and 2 remotes for $400. Shop around!!
