I am an experienced satellite and aerial installer but I have stumbled upon a fault I simply cannot understand!! I was doing a job for a customer when they told me they couldn't recieve ch 4, film 4, film4+1 or More4+1 on their sky box (These are all part of freq H10714 22000 5/6). I have since tried everything to rectify the fault to no avail, this includes, different box, new cables, new lnb and moving the dish to different places. I even put it on top of a 10' mast to make sure it cleared the tree line (which it was easily anyway beforehand!) There are no dect phone bases or broadband routers in the same room (which can affect sky) either. Someone please help!! are there channel blackspots?? |
