the other site listed does not even have the new factory file 1.80 listed that came out many days ago .. since you do not have any files here thousght that the Kbox users might be interested .. many fixes with this one ..
also many SV stuff too

I checked many satellites files providers sites and it seem that they don't renews the files and leave their sites without any support.
Not good at all for FTA!

I admit i did not try the NETWORK page .. .. .. i apologize, this morning i went to network page .. it did reboot, once rebooted i have no OTHER problems to report ... I tried to twice 2nd time quick went to static .. no change rebooted ....
so yes Sada that seems to be issue .. only if u need to be there .. i am wondering this my keep people out that do not know whatzz up and may have fixed other things so no need to go there now?? |

Next time you are posting, please remember to post 2-3 sites for files. One member here was heavily criticized for posting URLs to his own site only, and had to stop posting altogether. |

at the time there were only 2 sites that had file ... i think u will find how 2nd site got it .... and check the times that file was uploaded ... as each site .. I merly was giving heads up to your users ..
also i was pointing out that here also you need loggin ...
also i did not see your 2-3 sites posted for downloades ??? as only 1 link works ..
so is it bad thing that u need login ? That all i was saying it appeared to me that ?
that is how sites MODERATE ... |

I am not on for or against caution as far as your personal identity or IP address goes in relation to IKS. However, some people do feel strongly against showing their identity to some sites and prefer not to have to log in. |

FYI ... the loggn .. has nothing to do with IP address .. Guest IP's are shown to admins all day long ..you do not have to loggin to have your IP shown just being at the page ANY page and it is shown ...
ANY site uses the that information that is how it works ..
someone posted the stats for this site "traffic" that is "guest" and "loggins" to get that information ...
called viewing the pages ... |

You will find dozens of posts in this forum alone of fears of sites being taken oven by DN and logging details monitors and stored. As I said before, I do not have an opinion one way or other, but do recognize the concern of some members who would want to avoid logging in into a site dispensing files.
It is therefore very relevant or even pertinent that members have access to sites where they do not have to log in for obtaining files.
I have already expressed my personal opinion about it so I cannot go into discussion promoting views of one side or the other. You should look up those threads where they have discussed in detail the pros and cons of giving a login - even a false one. |
