There are four available. 1. kbox prodigy. Don't buy kplus. Must buy khub. About $220-240. More Indian channels. 2. Nfusion Phoenix. Don't buy solaris. More BEV channels, some Indian channels. If you want HD you can get the HD version, but you don't need. Hub is included. about $200-240 3. Sonicview 360 and hub. About $240. A lot of freezing. no Indian Channels. 4. CNX Nano 2 with hub and make sure you have the right server connection. I don't know about the channel availability. Price: about $200 All above need fast Internet connection on all the time. |

Mr. LeteZAC I have a Solaris working perfectly, but I recommend the Phoenix with more memory and faster processor. Few peoples think that the support will not last for this box, but I don't think it, if the price is your choice, you can buy the Solaris. |

Tamara The fix is not out and for now we don't know when it will be out, if you want your TV and not simply a dream, I suggest that you buy a New receiver and if a fix come out you will have a spare when a ECM hit your VS.

Even when there is a N3 fix, it will probably be available only on selected high priced or newer receivers. With the initial release expect a major ECM within a couple of days that will put the coders back by another 1-2 months. I suggest you go ahead with viewing TV whichever way you wanted to or can. If you buy kbox (or nfusion or anything else), make sure the dealer shows you the menu coming up and the hub and USB drive showing connected. That is the minimum you should expect from your dealer. If you are buying on line, and paying by Credit card, you will have the option of returning if it is DOA. |

You put the spec that you want, Solaris and Phoenix doesn't need a USB port because you can load your file by ethernet as well that you use the PVR function via the same port. For now Nfusion still have the best support then channels list.

the USB port is very functional .... check specs of speeds capable of ethernet verses USB it is smoking ... if u have ethernet cable plugged in to make box work then u must stream the video on your network to your PVR server, ( computer or SAN ) with the addition of the USB port u can have both plugged in the boxes at same time. also have the atvantage of recording directly on to the USB stick and having it portable Kbox also has loader for uploading file via the network |
