Everything is pointing to a bad ballast board on my Scenium HDLP50W151YX1. So when I take it out to confirm the part number, I find this.
EUC 120 P/H11 - 9137 007 05066 which is a SAMSUNG HL-R5067W LAMP BALLAST.

I suppose this is possible because the TV worked great for 3 years, but is this normal?
